It recognized that in order to maintain its status as a top specialty-tire retailer, it had to remain a step ahead of its competitors.

Fountain Tire needed an online marketing initiative to help drive sales and increase its database of potential customers.
Incite helped Fountain Tire redesign its website in phases, adding more sophisticated features with each revision. Incite’s most revolutionary online marketing strategy was the creation of a custom online quoting system.

This feature does more than offer basic quotes, it provides users with specific recommendations based on their individual needs. Incite also created a monthly email newsletter, with the goal of helping Fountain Tire maintain regular communication with its customers.

To measure the effectiveness of its work, Incite is conducting usability tests to evaluate the online quoting system, and improvements will be made based on these findings.
  • Improved Online Customer Experience: in seven months, $603,646 in sales was matched to online quotes, and 79% of these customers were new customers to Fountain Tire.
  • Increased Service Efficiencies: in the same time period, 17,256 online quotes were given out. These quotes used to be answered individually by store associates before Incite set up the new system.
  • Customer list has increased: Fountain Tire’s email list has grown from 148 to 9,389 in eighteen months.
Based on these results, Fountain Tire considers Incite a critical factor in its success.
